Microbots gathering information

With the DOD working on robots that are the size of, and look like, flies and which are to be used to gather information, we have to acknowledge the entire intelligence field is going to be radically changed. These little machines will have the capabilities of literally giving "Big Brother" a "Fly on the Wall" in every home in the country, in addition to being used to spy on national enemies.

I wonder what sorts of counter-measures will be developed in order to fight against these information generators?
